If you love paper, paint and paste, you must take one to all four of the Mary Ann Moss classes. Click on her name to go to her blog post before May 1st to view the snippets for each of the classes. I have taken Remains of the Day and Ticket to Venice...both worth every penny of the $58 they cost at the time. Right now (until May 1st) she has a great deal - only $38 for each class. I'm going to sign up for the Full Tilt Boogie class, because $38 is such a great deal and I would take a class MAM taught about snowflake drawing. I love her. The photos are some examples of what I created after taking the Remains of the Day class.

I've been creating quote art for a few months now. The Big Studio Cleanse* has prompted me to finally scan them all and to get them to a print shop. Soon they will be available for sale. I've posted this print on Etsy this afternoon *The first floor of our house recently had water damage. We are in the middle of getting it repaired...the water damaged area has been removed, all the tile in the laundry/bathroom, the water soaked carpet and padding, 2 feet of the drywall around the laundry room (and one wall of the garage), it's colder and ugly down there right now. So, next is packing up all of the studio (and laundry room). I have been clearing out things I don't imagine myself using any longer. However, now is the time to just pack. I enjoy purging in the unpacking process even more. When I unpack, I like to think about each thing and it's placement, if I don't know where it goes, then it goes. When it is all done, I will have sunshiney yellow walls and new squishy carpet (we opted for spending more on the padding to cover the concrete foundation).

her wonderful blog . I have been following along in her Ticket to Venice class. A very generous and sweet friend gifted me her class. Her classes are so, so good. I love her style, her life, her outlook, her artwork, her view...The videos of Italy are so wonderful. Take this class. If you haven't taken any of her classes, start with this one, and then, take them all! Best value. Another lovely and generous friend gifted me with the Pentel Arts Pocket Brush Pen. Permanent Pigment ink. It is glorious. I love drawing with it.

One of the many podcasts I listen to is The Writer's Almanac. Had to share this poem today. Love it.
